The aim of the international tap dance festival is popularization of tap dance, development of international friendship, and improvement of performance art. Everyone who has any kind of tap dance in their performance (american tap dance, irish tap dance, russian tap dance, gypsy tap dance) can participate in the festival without any timing restrictions.

Tap dance can be in any moment of the performance - in the beginning, in the middle, in the end. It also can be a song with elements of tap dancing, a choreography in which tap dance is not the main theme of the performance, or a theater performance with tap dancers. There will be tap dance, modern dance, and other dance workshops.
